I also teach: I help engineers get more efficient and feel good at what they do.

A defense-tech SaaS platform for artillery operations — turning work that still runs on paper and memory into data units can act on. It comes from problems I hit first-hand as a fire-control NCO during reserve service.

A social marketplace for one-of-a-kind handmade and vintage goods. Sellers open a free shop in minutes and import their items; buyers browse categories, follow shops and discover curated collections. I built the platform end to end, and it has been in production and in use for years.

I build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor every day, and run agents that investigate and fix production issues. The skill is knowing when the AI is wrong.

I teach tech and mentor engineers to work more efficiently, judge AI output, and build things the right way — until they trust their own judgment and feel good at what they do.

Built the company's data platform from scratch: self-managed on Kubernetes with Argo Workflows and ArgoCD, tens of TBs a month into BigQuery. Run dozens of AI agents on logs and alerts, and kept the app stable with dozens of PRs merged daily.
Planned and built the new data system on GCP with BigQuery and ClickHouse, orchestrated with Temporal: revertible, self-recovering, built for huge volumes at controlled cost. Automated 100% of manual operations.
Designed and built a new data ecosystem for 40M monthly users — serverless on GCP with BigQuery, dbt and Looker — with data quality, anomaly detection and cost guardrails built in.
Microservices on AWS in a HIPAA-compliant environment; ETL and integrations with hospital systems.
